okay...so much for a daily writing...BUT...now I've got 98 days until Labor Day. I've been working my arse off in the GFit classes. They started over today...so it's a little more cardio than I had been used to. So it was a little tougher than I remember today. It's funny to see the gym owner's daughter in there. It's even funnier to see the "weights" guys checking a look. HA. She's working hard...I think it actually gives a good morale to the group. It's kind of like me talking about sports, etc and being a fat ass. It can be done, but there may be some credibility there. Come labor day, that wont be the case.
AND...the P90 stuff came in too...so a combination of that, the GFit, and the couple weeks of bootcamp cycle crazy stuff, and I'm off to a good start.
Anyway - by the end of the week I've got to start being accountable to a trainer for the nutrition intake. Sucks to be me. So...here's where it starts. June 1.
5am: Key Lime Pie Yogurt
5:15 - 6:15am: GFit workout (sport bottle H2O)
7:00am: 5 egg whites (approx 1.5 yolk), 1/2 cup of mixed peppers, 4 slices Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon, large glass H2O
I'll update as I take more in...right now, its back to early a.m. history channel "beyond the big bang theory" stuff.
9:15: add in about a 1.5 cup of fresh fruit and .5 cool whip free....
noonish: lean cuisine salisbury steak and mac/cheese....eh, not bad.
3ish: starkist luchkit...mmmm
7:30p: 1.5 chicken breast, 1/2 cup fresh green bean, grilled pineapple, salad with italian free dressing...
it's 10:15 and I am STARVING!!!! 10 nilla wafers with peanut butter it is....good stuff...I'll figure out the calories at the end of the week...
gotta big day tomorrow...spin a die at 5am, then Gdie at 8:30....
